So, she retired and dove into gardening full-time in Florida. She didn’t stop there – she learned canning, dehydrating, freeze-drying, and curing her garden's bounty. With newfound time, she mastered cooking from scratch and started making her own medicinal recipes.

 

Her passion for gardening and self-sufficiency transformed her life. Petrina discovered better health, joy, and a profound appreciation for the simple things. Now, she helps others grow food in hot weather climates, sharing her knowledge and experience. She’s found her purpose and happiness in her garden, where life is as it should be.
